About Us

Pasuka Enterprises started in 2008 with 2 drivers. Currently we work with close to 100 drivers to date. Some drivers have been with the company for nearly as long as it was established, constantly striving for improvements.

We have been in partnership with Australia Post for 14 years, and we pride ourselves in always aiming to reach the highest KPI set by the Industry.

Courier Driver

Delivery drivers partnering with Australia Post servicing different areas in South Brisbane, East and West. We also have service regional eg. Dalby

We take our new recruits on a “buddy system” training for a minimum of 2 weeks. Hourly minimum rate is paid while they are training, after this the driver is slowly introduced to their run, at a rate with which they are comfortable with. Only when they are comfortable to take on the whole run, they will be allowed to take out the entire run.

FAQs

How long is training for and do I get paid for it?

Training will be for 2 weeks as a buddy system with our supervisor and yes you do.

Will I need my own van to start working with Pasuka?

Preferably we would like our workers to have their own vans. But if you show commitment to the job after training then we can help you out until you can get your own van within a few months of starting.

Do I need to be on my open license to work with Pasuka?

No you do not, as long as you hold your provisional license you may start.

What are the working hours as a delivery driver?

We provide flexible working hours and weekend work maybe available on request.

What is the pay period?

Drivers will be paid weekly.

What is the pay rate?

We pay per parcel. However for the minimum award rate we have for our industry, we pay above our minimum award rate.

Here is your chance to work with a team that you can call your own.

Each team is divided into groups of 9 or 8 drivers. We do this so that it is easy for all drivers, team leaders and supervisors to monitor each other and to help when help is needed.
